The law firm utilizes the services of a third party for background check and verification. It is shocking that despite background verification by HR team of the law firm and a third party, they hire lawyers who have lied and forged their documents to cover up the gap in their professional career. They easily accepted a forged air ticket provided by a lawyer who they wanted to recruit very recently. In such a competitive market, where many qualified and experienced lawyers are looking and trying their best to work with law firms, some law firms are only inclined to recruit lawyers without actually looking into the merits....Read More
