One man show by VP (65 yrs) is the most ridiculous thing. Whom doesn't have any practical knowledge and experience of healthcare. but seems good with YouTube and Google information. Gives false input to the management and in return gets appreciated for. If any one planning to joining, then be prepared to submit yourself to pure nonsense and old schools techniques. Mr. VP will make sure to assess and correct ur knowledge of english grammer in every step of documentation. Each n every employee / HOD is frustrated with this Oldie. Moral With my present and on going experience with this organisation The endline is " This organisation is not good for candidates with good proven track record."
