Very poor. No security for women employees and treating like rubbish. Work culture is equal to an small scale industry like the road side shops. Tends to over work in late nights and never cares about women's safety.

Dislikes

Always talking false words to employees and gives a fake confidence about this company. Zero percent safety for women employee and asks them to adjust as per their needs. Worst experience in my whole life.

I really disliked working at simpson. Each day was a hell to me. They say women employees can leave home by 5 pm but if we leave they question us for 1 hour and try to make us stay even more time.
