my manager was the only good thing abt Simplilearn.

I worked in the Sale/Business Development team so I'll talk abt that. Hire and fire policy. HR is not transparent abt policies. They keep changing the rules to benefit them and do not keep the employees informed. Zero work life balance. 10am to 8pm or more 6 days a week, sometimes even on Sundays despite the weekend being a holiday.Sales requires certain sacrifices and overtime but Simplilearn was too much. Leave policy was the worst. I had literally seen a girl come to office with saline on since she was denied further sick leave (she had taken only 2 days off and had many leaves pending to use). When they saw her in office and it caused an uproar, they said she can get further leaves only if she provides proper proof (hospital papers were already provided, plus they had actually seen her!). This is just one small case, office work culture is horrible, and the problem comes from way above. It comes from Directors who are directly handling some of the pilot projects. Managers do not appreciate the extreme hard work put in my each and every employee. I had seen the most dedicated and hardworking ppl in Simplilearn, and no one cared abt them at all. March 16th 2023 I joined simplilearn reactivation department EBC 4 * traning was very horrible just to complete trainer will come and give some gyan for name sake they will conduct faltu review to move you to the business floor . (Training period 7 - 8 days ) in AkR tech park * ones you move to floor the kind of leads you will begetting simpli like garbage first they train you for 1 course like Ex (Data science) in traning but in real you have to sell all the course which are available in website by giving 30 % off * leads will be like 1 years or 6 months old customer after hearing simplilearn either they will give you bad word or they will disconnect on face. * Working hours 11 hours 9 30 Am to 8 PM * work culture In RCU reactivation churn upgrade In reactivation I was in Rohit’s team he was my manage seriously he was very supportive April month I was in this team I got enough support in that team but in may month I moved to churn team the worst manager no proper leads previously customer as been told several time that he is not interested that kind of leads you will be getting in the name of attempt contacts totally garbage have to complete 120Min talk time in that kind off leads ....Read More

Lot of statehood politics and manager level politics they dont even then care if you are a tenure and a performer they flow leads basis on there personal interest

Dislikes

No increment, if you start earning incentive they will increase your target every month so that you are not able to earn incentive. Manager in us market accounts department have no manners to talk and have personal benifits being given to there own statehoods
