Team Work is one of the things which keeps a person going, depends from team to team.

The leadership team are clueless, whatever mistakes they make in terms of budgeting they pass it on as a policy in terms of "cost cutting". In sales main thing is Incentives and they are finding ways to cut down the Incentives. There is no reporting hierarchy withing the org anything passed on by the leadership position is blindly followed without raising any questions about the SOP. No Work life balance you sometimes work from 10- 9PM. There is no Overtime pay, they not care about the top performers I have seen people from 4-5 years working in the same role which Indicates no Growth in the org, Appraisals are pointless! There's a lot of politics and favoritism in the team. Apart from manager the who's the pet of manager will behave rudely like a manager to freshers and wants to everything even though it's none of his business. No one cared even if I raise complaint also. Too bad work culture

The manager are very biased if they don’t like you they do everything possible to insult you in front of the whole team, they make sure that either we leave the company or they remove us by finding smallest of mistakes. They give alot of mental torture even if you are good performer. Especially employee who falls under ABDM Soundarya B K and Manager Diksha Singh Rathod, i really don't know why simplilearn is encouraging this kind of the employee in the system. I personally suggesting not to join this company. Management will tell that they will resolve the problem, but i don't think they will resolve it. Instead they will make sure us to leave the company. I join to this company so that I can have good futher, but after the experience with this kind of managers and management i prefer non of them to join to this company. I will make sure non of my friend to join to this kind company as their is no future....Read More
