The company is poorly managed. It is a Shell Company They hire freshers and provide fake experience, then place you in a company like Carelon as a contract employee. Higher management demands money from freshers to hire them. There is no proper HR team. Employees are asked to work 18-hour days without proper compensation. My experience at Simplify3X was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of work-life balance. Promotions and increments were virtually non-existent, and it seemed that hard work went unnoticed by management and team leaders. Instead, they seemed to reward those who merely buttered up to them. The worst part was during the training period, where individuals with insufficient subject knowledge became trainers, leading to inadequate learning opportunities.
