Honestly speaking nothing in General.

Dislikes

There is no transparency in this office. If there are any changes then it's not brought to the notice of the employees or Junior Representative in advance and then suddenly they're supposed to start working on the live process/project without any prior training. Seniors don't consider the sentiments of the employees they prioritize all the work above everthing.
