The environment particularly in my department is good way better than the other departments. During COVID lockdown very few people have been laid off, though the salary have been delayed for 3-4 months, the work culture is like any other company ok okay. The management is not at all good, they don’t take any firm decisions and did nothing to ensure employee safety before the first official lockdown. Till now there is no official company policy to allow people to work from home, only we few who insist on working from home are working from home. Even after having an alarming number of positive cases the company still expects us to come to the office that too in public transport....Read More
