Career growth plays the major role in working with simplex even fresher will be know what to do, when to do, where to do in a critical situation with independent circumstances if they work for a period of 1 year

Dislikes

Salary will be credited very late, some timing issues

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
