Teamwork with subordinate,Provided cutting tooling training for machine shop employees,Provided PPE evreryone & have job security for new comers after 3 yrs. Regular salary every month,no union,politics.Good working environment. Satisfactory duty 8 hrs.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
