We do have a great blend of experienced talent who has led from the front in enabling a world-class organisation and our Market beating vehicle Simple One. This is possible only with a great culture and one that drives and rewards merit. I am sure there would be scope for bettering things and we have in all earnest taken up those via feedback from time to time.
