No carrier growth, very limited options to enhance your carrier, Salary hike is below standards, Too much of politics, No parential insurance, No organized cafeteria, HR is for name sake, no standard appraisals followed, To many fresher intake in projects which becomes hard to run. Groupizem, Regional politics played by Sr management. Nobody from management or Hr will come for discussion if you have issues....Read More
