Totally unprofessional company, Upper Management knows nothing except buttering & playing meeting. No knowledge about Sales trends. Selling much below competitors average rates, Even then not able to manage sales. No job security for hard working & experienced professional. Prohibited to join.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics & Upper management not addresses your issues. The management nothing to do with the welfare & growth of organization. They are self esteemed, only thinks of their personal benefits to earn money by any means.

Have job Sequirty if you are doing your work seriously. You can injoy your work with pressure.Company policy are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.
