Pleae don't hire and recommend anyone for this company HR and IT Seniors people are illiterate and narrow minded. There will not be any value of your words in front of them even you are the right person.they are old people they they have one policy to fire only new joiners there some group of people they play politics all the time.

Dislikes

There are bunch of old people they don't have knowledge about in which department they working. The are really illiterate and narrow mind people. They don't think beyond theirs group.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
