Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very suuporyand cooperative. There is a good cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Average salary hike.

There is a DIP system for certain amount which is payable half yearly and it is quite difficult to show them as a part of our CTC.

It is great to be a part of Silverskills. The work culture is good and very friendly. We got opportunities for trainings as well. Timely appraisals.I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is normal.
