Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I've endured 8 months at Silver Grey, and it's a total mess. The rules change randomly, and HR doesn't give a hoot about you. They can fire you on the spot. They hire too many people for the same job and then randomly fire some. The HR sells this place as a cozy home, but it's more like a nightmare factory. Gaurav dalal is abusive on employees and he keeps his disgusted eyes on every girl at office. There will be new stupid policies every month, so they can control there employees and cut their salaries for stupid reasons. There are multiple other reasons too, Management is pathetic, HR don't listen to you. Unnecessarily salary cuts, Salary will be credited after half month gone They don't like if you help your colleague or vice versa you have to work on even sunday or when you are on leave.
