There is nothing good in silver touch Technologies which I can write here. No increment, no medical, PF and other facilities provided. Not a good salary package, no support from company if you are sitting to client site. Terrible to work with.

Will get you a chance to implement the New Idea and creativity. As seniors dont have expertise in their own area. Basically they are chasing the success but to get that they are lacking on capability and delivery part

Work Place and Environment - Old Infra, Low Light and Hygiene issue Micro Management - Time Stamp, will cut salary if 9 hrs working is not recorded. Will be doing more of reports, rather than focusing on work not enough space in cafeteria, drinking water not good at rewarding the efforts and appreciation
