- Great Learning for freshers (Mostly in Web Development Technologies like PHP, MySQL, Codeigniter, jQuery, Ajax etc.) - You will be given all the required environment and freedom to work (only if its open sourse) - 1st month on job training. - Opportunity to play with tons of real world data. Your Database skills will get stronger and stronger here. - Learn n Leave type of company.

- The manager here will treat you like a slave, 9:30 am office is compulsary but you will leave office at 8p.m. (Impossible to leave at 7:30). - Highly insecure job, Your job depends on the mood of the manager. I have seen 10-15 colleagues were fired instantly by manager. - Highly non-professional work environment. - On joining 1 month training will be there, they won't pay u a penny on 1st month. - On first 6 month your salary will be paid on 15th of every month and as cheque. After completion of 6 month, salary will be provided on 8th of every month in bank account. - Till one year you have to come to office on saturdays. There is a guy mc named shiv in night shift who takes advantage of everyone situation. Be aware of him try to move to jeevan team if you are working in night shift. Shiv is nonsense

Working here is a deeply disappointing experience. They will promise you a fixed salary, but this is misleading as you are only paid based on the amount of profile you write, essentially making it feel like freelancing. The most problematic aspect is the night shift HR manager, Venkat. His behavior is the opposite of what you wouldexpect from an HR professional. He acts like a strict school principle, bulling the new employees and closely monitoring their every move.
