Hierarchical gaps Low salary budget than market segment for supervisor level employees (below managers like TL, QA, MIS etc). No perks and privileges for employees as per today's BPO Sector These factors lead to employees unsatisfactory.

Worst company I ever worked for.....only worked there for 1.5 months as senior QA......first of all they don't have infrastructure at all......they don't have normal policies.....if you want to go out of the building then you'll have to get approval from operations manager then guards will allow you to go out.......if it is your bday then you can't cut the cake inside the building you will have to go out on road.......and the most worst if the team leader of max life insurance Rajesh bushahri he thinks he is the owner of the company.......who don't have manners to talk to anyone........he just got few girls in his team and he also behave like girls...... totally idiot or insane......that idiot might had bad experience with quality team because of which he used to behave badly with everyone in quality team bi have never seen such an idiot he only used to do one thing that was pin pointing me for the things he don't even know and my manager he never supported me......he knew that this idiot was misbehaving with his team but he never ever tried to resolve it he was just there as a puppet.........it is better to work in a factory than working here...........Read More
