Lack of job security and high turnover rates and poor communication and unclear exception from management side.Lack of work life balance due to rotating shirts and Overtime And in this company politics is more than everything else and girls are not safe in this company.

Nothing this is the worst company specially gurgoan branch, all managers and supervisors are doing wrong things by going against company guidelines, but at the time of any problem they will fire juniors, here manager told everybody to connect with customers personally and everybody do the same

Work experience was not good and company is very small so you have to renovate the organization like MNC so just it really looks like an office.

Company was good but salary as per accpection is very very low. Some senior are good but some senior are very roud they all time do back biching. But new commerce are must be join and learn then after experience change this job and company because they not provide job safety in future.
