Dislikes

While I appreciate the work environment and the opportunities at Siksha O Anusandhan, I feel there could be more opportunities for cross-department collaboration. It would be beneficial to have more frequent knowledge-sharing sessions between departments to foster innovation and enhance learning across teams.

No job security, No salary structure, Zero transparency, There is no proper policy for research grants, leave grants, etc. No respect for your effort. preference is given to selective people only (Near and dear to HR) False promises ( they won't provide what they promise at the time of Joining)
