I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The workload is comparatively less. Good for local people but not for people outside the state.

No job security, No salary structure, Zero transparency, There is no proper policy for research grants, leave grants, etc. No respect for your effort. preference is given to selective people only (Near and dear to HR) False promises ( they won't provide what they promise at the time of Joining)

People are good here. Work life balance is also good. No work pressure, no office politics, decent respect from students and staff. Salary is competitive enough. I found everything good here, except for one thing which I mentioned in dislike section.

Dislikes

Major con: Salary is consolidated and not as per scale. The major drawback is, your experience is WORTHLESS if you ever try for government job. That's why if you have a PhD degree and want to join any IIT, NIT, IIIT or central university, do not come here.
