Team mates were very good. No training system. No job security. Career will be same as you entered. Forget about appraisal. Travel is good. Too much politics have to face. Learning is good. Work environment is adjustable.

Company will not pay any of your balance (Earned leaves and other) if you resign even maintaining all the norms and protocols.
