There are many good things to list out. First one is, everyone is open to accept the feedbacks to make necessary changes. Feedbacks are always accepted. Secondly, the team is really supportive, one will not feel left behind in pressure. Work culture is amazing here. Personal life is always a priority. Compensation needs to be improved. Work life balance can be even better, people who work are sometimes overburdened even if there are enough available resources. Appraisals are good but can be improved as per current competetions.

I have been working with Signoff from more than 4 years and have done multiple tape-outs. Definitely it was not possible with all the support I got from all my managers and colleagues.
