One of the worst MNC company. No top management support, No Line managers support, Anytime they can take action on employee without any prior notice. Don’t trust HR policies. While joining this company please check the background of company and culture. How they will check for employee background even employee need to check for BG. Castizm,Illogical work pressure, no work life balance, no work time,you can receive call from seniors late night 11or 12 pm. According to me signify is hell,stay at home without job but never join signify. HRs are puppet of managers. Seniors uses abusive language,even they can beat employees. Completely corrupt management.
