Only pay structure and benefits are good. rest everything is on toss.

They hire from non lighting background, stil they don't give any formal training or induction, pure primary oriented company, They expect you to perform since day 1 without giving any training and induction, rate issue in market ,it is just brand that sells. At Channel partner level you will find rate issue , company person offers unnecessary discount to get primary number....0 job security, 0 work life balance even if someone on deathbed then also they will ask you daily primary no.
