I liked the company until the very recent organisation changes. There is nothing worthy to adore of the company as the new matrix is just like a bunch of arrogant, stubborn and shit headed rulers.

The ELT only know how to rule, and force their decisions for the sake of running the business. No value to employees, they consider them as machines.
