Sigma iNEt is a Product based Company. I got lot responsibilities starting from requirement gathering till deployment process of new project. I got lot of work experience in Sigma iNets. The environments is good & also the employees cooperates each others.

Dislikes

I am not satisfied regarding Salary Package. There is not much increment & career growth.

In Sigma iNet I act as an Database/Software Designer, Coding, User Interface .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Management is not good...work culture is poor..salary is not on time.. company policies are high without paying a single ruppy to employee.

Dislikes

I had resigned before 5 years but they didn't gave me last 4 months salary ..language is very rude..please don't join there.
