I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Of course that is an MNC company but the culture is like an MIDC work shop or Garage.

Most of the management team are from the shop floor, which means they previously were line operators. Still, right now they are pursuing the manager position(Monkey ke haath main talwar diye hai), and their thinking towards the highly educated person is very bad, even treat the educated person to leave the company as early as possible because they think that educated person will get promoted and their reporting will be changed.
