Teammates are supportive, if you are trainee you'll get all support from superior persons even from HOD. No doubt about any work and environment safety issues....

There are three major problem from my view. 1) After completing 2years as a DET & then promoted as assistant Engineer your Salary will be almost same. Not enough growth in salary. You'll credited same amount of salary as DET (because of some extra deduction). 2) Sigma is a multinational company and still there's no dress code. This is a bad impact that, Like you have turnovers in crores and no single person in industry going know this guy works in sigma without actually telling him/her. 3) From past 3 years they are providing same food, same taste. Everything is same not a single change. MNC should not be ever doing like these. (Truth is unpleasant management is not good.)...Read More

@ beginning the work life was hard. I got transferred in 3 departments. That time I thought it's useless. But it's helping me now. Rotational shift is quite tough. Overall you are getting paid a little low salary than other companies.
