SightSpectrum is one of the good companies and I am saying this because the training given by SightSpectrum was really useful and better working culture and an ok package during training and you can get the salary on time.

Sightspectrum helped me a lot in buliding my career and their projects are very improve my skills. Training person's are also cooperative to know everything in ETL. I feel they give great environment to update myself in IT.

I have never seen such a worst organization treating the employees as "Use and throw" I wonder why there are more than 5 people in the HR team. There is no job security at all here. A lady named Vijay was designated as CPO(chief people officer) such a worst human being, she doesn't know how to treat the employees and doesn't know what are all the R&R of a generalist HR and an HR recruiter. Overall she has zero knowledge of HR. The founders of the organization are least bothered about the attrition rate and don't know what is employee grievance and wouldn't like to hear the grievances of the employees. They terminate the employees if they don't want them more and especially Vijaya will terminate an employee if she doesn't like them. She will treat the employees as kids, not as IT professionals. This organization is not good for any professionals. It will be like hell. There is no peace of mind and it always micromanages the employees. Vijaya will terminate the employees without any prior notice saying you're a non-performer, but to be very true that stupid is the non-performer. This lady does gossiping about everyone to goutham who is the other useless person in the organization. Heard that the HR head has been replaced but still there are lots of absconding cases. In a corrupted environment people with good experiences and knowledge can't work. The training team in charge Josephine is another useless wherein she will do various kind of acting(tactics) to achieve whatever she needs. The whole HR team is very very worst team including the central HR team which includes gayathri, rajesh, sneha, and India recruitment HR, sathya. 0verall this organization is not safe to work is and not good for the career.
