I like everything about Siemens . Culture, growth , work life balance, job satisfaction, flexible working hours.

Good work life balance. You get enough leaves for your personal work/holidays. Good medical benifits. Office is at prime location. Company products are well rooted in the market.

Dislikes

No technical development. You will get expertise in the company products only because of which you are heavily dependent on the company. You don't get to work on the technologies that are heavily used in outside market. 5+ years of working here will leave you far behind the market. Average pay, infact due to COVID it's now below average. Salary hikes are also very restricted because of salary bands. You won't be promoted even if you are qualified reason-> experience does not meet. Experience is valued more than intelligence which is frustrating for new joiners. Very less innovation, they just keep buying new companies to keep competition in the market. You should join only if you are family man, don't want to take any risks and enjoys the life as it's going on. If you failed to get a government job then here is the opportunity. Job at Siemens PLM is no less than a government job. Work-life balance is good. You get sufficient leaves. Pay is average.

Dislikes

You become company dependent if you work here for 5yrs+. There is politics involved at the upper management. There are no innovations as company is still using decades old product. There is little scope of growth.

Management is Biased towards certain people. Most of the people are relative of managers , all of them belongs to a certain caste .
