Work culture is now very bad. Old Siemens was an engineering company with great innovative company. Now few people are running it as business, employee are least priority.

Nothing, totally toxic management. Racist and plays huge politics on castism. No hikes, No bonuses, No appreciation. The full of sweet tooths. Easy blame games made here. Bad mouthing is what they do when they go to have a cup of tea outside of the office.

Everything. There is no proper work distribution. No proper resource in team. The manager is sick when you ask raise but they want unimaginable things from you. Simply overhyped company. It was good back before covid, but now its worse than a service based company.

Indian Management is terrible , they just try to exploit like any other Indian company . Manager is ruthless in India , they believe only his promotion and growth and envy the senior resources . Puppets like people is valued. No promotion here . Very toxic people here in India .

Bengalore location is good and the management also good Noida location there is discrimination by managers.

Specific for Noida location they don't even think about employee health they always do joke of employee helth.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

Dislikes

No casual leaves. North Indian festivals not celebrated like Holi, diwali, ganesh chaturthi, lori,etc. Bonuses paid will be recovered if you leave within 2 years. Only Rs 3 lacs health insurance cover. Advanta services in particular does not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.

Extreme favouritism. Too many back door entries and incompetent folks at the top positions. HR is a manager's puppet. Promotions are given only to the ones closer to the manager irrespective of one's skills and contribution. Absolutely no respect for one's talent and you cannot question the status quo. Good people leave and masuers remain.

I liked the management and other fun activities apart from work. Good work life balance. Job security in excellent here, other benefits related to leaves and flexibility in working from home. Appraisal are quite less sometimes, u can say like 7-9%, That also depends upon your client and the team u work in. Otherwise we can expect a good appraisal upto max 25% if yearly performance is very good. I can definitely recommend to work in Siemens....Read More
