I like the deadlines system in this company as each and every work runs on the specific deadlines. An employee can develop the skill of increasing their working capabilities. About work culture and management, I haven't feel the professionalism here. I can't see myself growing in the terms of personal skills here. About work culture and management, I haven't feel the professionalism here. Management used to say on repetitive basis "This is not the government Job, you should login early and logout late. Specially in last week of month and starting of new month. which I feel is very unprofessionalfrom the manager's point. Each dedicated employee know their responsibility and login until the work will get finish, but saying these dialogues from higher management's point will surely give a negative impact to employees. I will not prefer to learn management skills here due to these points. HR should monitor and make the plans to avoid these issues. Like:- A weekly survey to employees to give feedback, rating and comments to higher management which will consider while growth of management level employees. There is least interaction between manager and employees in the term of growth plans of the associate. This is what I feel here till now, in my 1 year and 1 month of journey.
