Its the worst company to do internship as they can terminate u with in a month while the period was 6 months and their is no one to tell u and train u about the things and my manager mrs. Swati shyam sunder such a foolish lady that she even not give i reply ur mail and then tell u that u have not ask for it people their such a noncooperative people such a worst company to have internship they spoil my crucial 4 months of placements even for onbording for internship and at the end of the month manager come and told me that we have decided to terminate ur internship with out giving any kind of warning and all such a idiotic people seriosuly fully waste of time and money....Read More

Blue collar staff is hire through external providers. These external provider exploit the Blue collar staff & transfer only 1/3 salary that siemens gives to external providers to blue collar employees. external provider (mediator) eat up salary of blue collar staff.

Siemens is the well known company and it's not a just company it's a brand.All senior's n colleagues with whom I have met were so knowledgeable,well experienced,down to earth and helping. It's wonderful experience to working as a trainee in Siemens.i have learned many things which will helpful in my future in professional life as well as personal life and I am grateful of all.

It is really great to work with siemens as I got many things to learn from there.The work culture is really good you are not been pressured under any work. Teammates are really helpful. The safety guidlines are really strick and everyone have to follow that..The work life balance is also good. They don't mixup with there personal things. Each and everyone are reallg very heplful. If u don't understand even the head comes and help you. There is no such politics run in Siemens. It's really very good to work there....Read More
