Likes

Good and clean working environment. Company is doing great job in terms of sustainability, digitalization and various other technologies on the market. It's a company with a legacy of 175 years of expertise and very much ahead of the competition.

Dislikes

Company culture in SI HR Team is not very good. People inside the team play politics, no support in terms of any benefits when employee is transferred from one location to other for any reason. When seeking support from the higher authority there is bias and false judgements about a colleague working remotely while promoting a hybrid work culture, agility and trust between the employees, what happens to a team member is completely opposite to what is been said on the larger forums. Loyalty should be both ways from employer and employee both. Otherwise, its just servitude from the employee's side....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
