To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

Peers are not treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

I got to learn a lot here. Siemens focuses on learning and training of the employees a lot. They encourage innovation too.

In my career here I've just worked on only 2 full fledged projects because there was a lack of hustle by the leadership to acquire new projects. They've hired me to work on a very important project but later they lost the contract and it was converted into a POC. Since then they've just failed to bring new projects for my technologyand now they've stopped taking efforts also. They just asked me to change the technology or seek for jobs outside....Read More

I like working with the U.S. team at Siemens Ltd, as I get to learn from their professionalism, which has helped improve my involvement and technical growth. Their expertise and approach have been invaluable in enhancing my skills and overall performance.

I dislike the long working hours at Siemens Ltd, as I often had to work 14 to 16 hours a day due to the heavy workload. Additionally, the company required employees to come into the office and didn’t offer permanent work-from-home options, which made it much harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance
