Nothing, they will start micro managing each employee, if you try to balance your work load. Yeah but if you will work like a donkey even on weekends and won't say no then only you will be eligible for an average appraisal after 1.5 years, yes u heard it right. They have stupid policies to give appraisal only to joinees who joined before April, otherwise you will have to wait for 1 and a half year to get a appraisal and that too of 5 to 8 percent....Read More
