To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

Peers are not treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

Additionally, the company required employees to come into the office and didn’t offer permanent work-from-home options, which made it much harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance
