Micromanagement of inexperienced scrum master, not good for long run, compromise on learn that is training to reach deadlines, manager more decade experience have ego problem for pointing out their mistakes. Some toxic managers are spoiling the reputation. Bangalore CE team manager is the worst lady manager ever. She shows lot of favouritism and attitude. She forces people to do what she likes. Never shows respect to the employees and she don’t have dignity.
