The team I am working is open. In fact they provide more support to irrespective of senior or junior (though I am being senior). Its proud to be part of this team/company as it has global client. The on-site travel depends on the project which you work on. Your performance makes you the master here.Though some juniors holds the ownership for their performance. Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is little slow. The team I am working is under high pressure. But most of the other teams are working relaxed. The technology learning is slow since team works on project for years (unlike services based company).

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
