At SGRE there is job security and enough opportunities to excel in your career if you have good support from management.

Dislikes

Skill development is totally self driven and have very less support from management. There are big hinderances to innovate and think out of the box. Career growth is limited due to major decisions being made by the European office. Limited scope of career growth in Bangalore office.
