Overall the company is good and has been in the industry for long period. So overall a stable organisation to look for long term. A very interesting fact which i noticed in this company is that they care for its people. One day we had a meeting with the MD and few team members raised a concern that they feel lethargic and hungry around 4 PM. So the nice lady (MD) created a policy - snacks for everyone at that time for all branches from top to bottom. Dislikes

Recently the company had restructured its operations and laid off few people. It could be because of the low market trends but overall it created a vibe of insecurity. But don't you worry, those who are productive will never gonna loose their jobs here.

The company conducts regular workshops for everyone's skill development. One should have the zeal to take ownership, this is the right place for beginners and mid level managers. You will get a lot a support and handholding from some people. I have worked in 2 companies before joining SIEC, and in my opinion SIEC is better than those in a lot of ways.

You can exponentially grow with this company. Growth and learning go hand in hand. The company always look for people who can try and implement new ideas . If you are getting a chance to work with SIEC, just go for it.

Dislikes

Since the company is restructuring and growing with a good pace, one has to be self motivated and learn to find a way. Their is less handholding.

Organization provides projects timely, I never have set on bench in my entire tenure so far. Also loves that they provide opportunity to explore different technologies and provide training for as well for the same. Best part is that they provide appraisal every six month :)

Only drawback I have found so far is that they are 6 days working.

The company is great with great mentors and conducts regular workshops for learning and development. It's been 5 years since I have been a part of it. Recognition policy is lucrative.

Sometimes we have to work on Sundays but we are allowed to take a compensatory offs.
