All department teammates are very supportive and cooperative except some bad colleagues who play dirty politics, The training is almost nil and believe me I was not provided any sort of training with whatsoever in my 4 years of working tenure, The job security is not guaranteed at all yet it is been guaranteed till the time the company needs you and once their project gets completed they will kick their employees out of the company, There are no career growth, no career enhancement training, no skill development programs etc. There are no salary/appraisals are given on the basis of your skills, talent, experience and or degree but the salary and appraisals are given on the basis of how close an employee relationship is with his or her senior, manager, HOD, director by buttering them. Any travel expenses are reimbursed from account by taking appropriate approvals from concerned department heads .Politics are very well played in this organization .Nothing new can be learned, no learning exposure is assured.
