Worst Working culture, site incharge wants to seat in office till late night because he dont want go home, site incharge and his attitude towards the work, no working ethics, almost every staff working there is feels they are in jail. Head HR is also a puppet of site head.

The HR representative, Soma Ghosh, behaves as though she owns the company, displaying a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I had a very unpleasant experience with a company I previously worked for. The Head of HR displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked basic courtesy when communicating with employees. After resigning and joining a new organization, I received calls from the HR department of my previous employer. During one of these calls, the HR representative spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, making several offensive remarks and threatening to blacklist me in the market. Today, I reached out regarding my full and final settlement. However, I was informed that no payment would be made to me. Instead, I was told that I owed the company money for leaving with only seven days' notice, despite not being a permanent employee at the time. 2 months of notice period for sr.executive level.staff was shok when I joined in company joining process is lengthaly too.no other benefits.
