They considered the company as their own and worked as if they have got it as dowry from their parents. HR vertical works like crap and is more interestedin the personal life of people. The company does not looks at performance but who is wearing what and who likes whom. They should be ashamed of being an MNC who works like a government organization with lethargic work environment. An MNC where the HR head and India sales head are bothered about the small dress of girls and the personal life's of who walks along with whom. They are the ones who create gossip and spread false things about the young boys and girls. The mid level management is fighting amongst themselves and the boot lickers in mid level management get all the unwanted attention as they use their tongues well to wipe the dirt of the shoes of the people in command.
