There should be more incentives for successful completion of projects, or hitting major milestones/targets

Work culture is awesome- be it in work or partying. There is always a feeling of oneness and team spirit. The environment is positive and I look forward to heading to work everyday.

Dislikes

There's still a lot that needs to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is a very fast-paced environment.
