There’s still a lot that needs to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is a very fast-paced environment.

Good company policies and open work culture. There is no rigid hierarchy system anyone can approach anyone and talk to anyone to solve queries. Bosses are open-minded, friendly and easy to approach.

Dislikes

There should be more formal training sessions to help staff polish their skills.
