There is not a single thing which you can count as a good thing In this company the more you will perform and do good works you will get more work instead of appreciation and recognition. I worked in the company for 2 years and won many awards due to my hard work but i have not got and single rupee increment and Permotions. Worst company no respect for a hardworking employee.
