Mentorship Progressive thinking Employee oriented Its less if I point out the above only. Its an amazing company full of visionaries. Here the management themselves have such a humbling aura that you may feel as if you are in a holy sanctuary. I have nothing but respect and devotion for the organization.

Dislikes

There is rarely any company that does not have some downsides. Being a manufacturing concern it also has a few but they are bound to be overlooked on the basis of the progress and growth the company provides.

The employee engagement activities and the huge building. HR team is good and supportive but kind of under pressure by management.

Dislikes

The Babu culture should be changed on a priority basis. There should be proper PMS rather than appraisal as per face value. 6 days working. Not an employee friendly environment. They don't even give place for bike parking in that huge building. Car parking is out of scope.

Good place to learn new skills. They hire a lot of trainee's & intern which becomes easy for the noobs to learn & develop It has a good canteen/cafeteria. The company provides pick & drop facility for all routes (employees can avail) Leave policy is just 👌the inbuilt software serves well to all...in aspect to grace timing, Birthdays and so on. Ambience is good..well kept & maintained.

Dislikes

Dirty politics is there in every department. Your very own boss will not support or co-operate you when in need.. Colleagues will always backstab you, harrass you in all circumstances. Salary scale is worst.. Nobody will safeguard you when you are in danger. In all the environment is completely toxic

It's a LALA COMPANY. Family person involvement in all department without a basic knowledge. You have to report a family person who has zero knowledge and experience in any particular department. 50 percent of total employees are from either family or close references. Almost nothing, Everything is worst, HR dept lead by the Head is a poison to the organisation. Sadly MD who is the owner of the company is not able to understand all this. Ironically everyone is playing safe and trying to demin each other!

Plant senior persons of few plant do whatever feels like and exploit and abuse other staffs employees and owners and promoters also listen them and they doesn't takes side of wat is right and oppose wrong. They can terminate any person within minute even who worked for long years and given his life in working in this company.

The marwari and gaddi culture is horrible and pathetic. HR department is always busy with the cultural programme and not intrested to solve any employee related problems or they do not have any authority to make decisions in my opinion.
